Starting with A-life STALKER is a game that doesn t hold it s punches and the AI will adopt every means in its arsenal to kill you. The player is just another pawn in the zone and although the game is slightly linear it s also very dynamic in terms of the AI in the zone. The AI has been tweaked and improved in various mods But the AI in STALKER will catch you out and you ll die alot. Providing you play on ther harder difficulty levels Armed Assault s AI isn t groundbreakingly brilliant. But again it s a game that doesn t hold its punches. You could be walking in an open feild and be shot in the head by a sniper 600 meters away in the bushes and that s it .Game over.I find that games that are harsh and unforgiving on the player make a more realistic and challenging environment. None of this One man army crap. The best moments are when you are just as vulnerable as the other guy and YOU beat them. Rightfully bestowing the right to go HAHA n00bz PWNED
